Introducing Dr. Larina Kase

Larina Kase, PsyD, MBA

Dr. Kase finds her passion lies in helping clients reach their career, business, and performance goals. “Some of the most admirable and influential people in my life are highly ambitious and driven,” says Larina. “My grandmother arrived in the states as a young woman with only a couple dollars, and went on to spread knowledge as a professor. My father has been a successful entrepreneur since the age of 18, and my mother has remained a dedicated artist, painting regularly despite a very hectic schedule. I guess it just runs in the family. For instance, Nicole, my younger sister, is a go-getting salesperson who has some remarkable accomplishments.”

Dr. Kase has come to understand that her affinity for working with top performers, while initially shaped by the people in her life, now plays a role in attracting new people into her life. “John, my partner, persevered through decades of schooling to become a physician,” reflects Larina. “That kind of drive and dedication is certainly a factor that impacts who I spend my time with.”

That’s why her coaching specialty areas now include: strategic marketing for small businesses, stress and anxiety in the workplace, public speaking, leadership, and focus/efficiency. An expert on the application of psychology principles to coaching and consultation, Larina is sought after by the press and has appeared in media such as Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc. Magazine, The New York Times, and ABC News.

With a strong background in business, Dr. Kase finds it easy to relate to clients from many fields. This includes her experience as a manager and supervisor at a Fortune 500 company, a human resources consultant, a salesperson, a marketing consultant, and a corporate psychology consultant. She has coached executives from companies such as the Limited, MCI, Intel, and Ernst & Young.

Dr. Kase’s professional accomplishments include:

bullet Doctor of Psychology, Wright State University
bullet Master of Business Administration in marketing and management, Wright State University
bullet

Bachelor of Science with Distinction, Cornell University
